Do you provide a list of current and previous customers?

Absolutely!! We understand that choosing a builider is one of the biggest decisions in your life, thats why we provide a list of all our current customers with the construction site address. Most customers will be more than happy to visit with you about their Richardson Homes experience.


What sets you apart from other Oklahoma custom home builders?

Are we restricted to specific sub-divisions.

Absolutely not! YOU select your home site, school district, neighbors, etc. The choice is yours. We will build the custom home of your choice on the site of your choice in Oklahoma.


How long will it take to complete my Oklahoma custom home?

In most cases, homes up to 2500 sq. ft. will be completed in 6 months. Larger homes may take longer. For example, a 5000 sq. ft. home may take as much as 9 months.


Do I need to have completed architectural plans or an internet picture when I meet with you?

No. Something as simple as a book plan will suffice. Some homes are even designed from a restaurant napkin. Richardson Homes provides a home designer to design your home to your specifications and provide plans at no additional cost.


Do you feel your 'Builder Allowances' are adequate for the size and quality of homes you build?

We build executive level homes, which provide for special allowances to cover the homebuyers’ specific needs and discuss these with the buyers. However, there are always some homebuyers with specific tastes, which will result in additional known costs.


Can I have the name of your banker and credit references?

 

Always.
